A2ZDental Policy on Cancellations & Failure to Attend

We want you to have a very smooth experience at A2ZDental. The experience starts right from the appointment, timely arrival helps the team to be focused in achieving optimal outcomes in the allocated time. Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service for other patients and our staff.

We are a small business and experience high demand for appointments at A2ZDental, We have the following Cancellation Policy to all appointments:

1 . Where a patient cancels an appointment or does not attend, offering less than 48 hours notice:

  1. First occurrence, we understand that situations can happen (extreme weather, emergencies, traffic jams etc.) and we will NOT request a cancellation fee.
  2. For second and subsequent appointments, we request a deposit in lieu of a short notice cancellation fee. The deposit will be requested to reserve a further appointment and attributed to your future treatment.

2 . Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $30 short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management.

 3 . Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.

A2ZDental reserve the right to request patients who continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are simply rude to find another dentist. We exist to personally care for our patients and keeping to schedule is the only way we can continue to offer our quality service to all our patients.
